A Retail Sales Executives (RSE) job is to provide direction, instructions and guidance to a group of individuals to achieve set targets decided by sales & retail department. The KRAs are as follows: General 1.Report Sales report DWR - IMEI/app status/ warranty card, bills on daily basis as per requirement. RM report - Team attendance, Training plan & execution strategy, Branding/VM execution report. Feedback - Competition activities & Market issue in the territory. 2.Management Sales Management: Achieve sales target ensuring market hygiene: Increase sale from the Market by research/audit/visit & managing WOD/MOP/Relations/Market Issues/Event support/Stock visibility. Solve issues of Retailers regarding policies/schemes & products. Retail Management: Execution of RM department work as per guidelines. Maintain & deploy existing/new marketing material as per guidelines. Monitoring of any marketing/promotion event Training Department: Self-learning & improve product knowledge/training skills. Enhance VBAs/Off role VBAs/Retailers product knowledge VBA Department: Hiring of VBAs as per policy. Cultivation: Guide – motivate & push team for better output. Team management: Policy, scheme & standards. Right manpower at right place. Retention: Build relation, support to solve problems. Promotion Department: Monitoring of promotions & events Branding Department: Requirement and installation Generate and track all the requirements of VM and Branding from requirements to installation. Responsible for Branding and Visual Merchandising Activities. Maintenance Maintenance of existing branding/VM material. (ACP, GSB, SIS, POSM & In-Shop). Management Responsible for Collecting Competitor Brand Data and Execution of all Benchmark Project. Plan, report issues and generate requirement to RSO for SIS/POSM/Branding.
