Market Follow-up: Developing & Implementing strategies & goals based on market research & competition schemes to create awareness about the activities going on in markets as per market trends. Deploying successful market campaigns & own their implementation E.g. Clean campaign, uniform policy etc. Also working on, engagement activities planning on zone basis & implementing them (contests, booster schemes etc.) Weekly Market Visit with Trainer or sales team to check the VBAs Grooming standard and knowledge. Hirings Management: Quality Hiring’s & Follow up for VBA’s joining formalities by confirming their store allocation & checking DMS ID generated status, also needs Monitoring of new hired VBA’s sales status every 10 days & share their reports to HO. Coordinate with training team & need to take the pass (or) fail details of VBA’s in excel formats & share the same details to HR, Mentioning the date of Joining status on the sheet. Retention Management: Exit process- proper communication with VBA’s with exit interview’s either telephonic or face to face round with sales team. Proper reporting’s on mail to be shared by VBA’s & reporting person’s approval to be monitored by VBA Dept. Update birthday details of VBA’s & Planning Birthday celebration for VBA’S on store through sales team in market, cards sharing on Groups / cake cuttings images sharing on daily basis. Maintain & update Top VBA’s group & connect with them personally to solve their queries. Weekly champion, monthly champion creatives has to be prepared & to be floated in groups to encourage all VBA’s efforts. Productivity Management: Monthly workings on VBA’s productivity Data’s & managing their low performance. Measures for De-growth & a constant follow up with reasons & solutions. VBA’s & Grievance Management: Constant coordination with HR Dept. to solve VBA’s Salary & incentive related, PF/ESIC details issues. Attendance of VBA’s to be checked by VBA Dept. through attendance App shared by HO. Ensure that all VBA are fully familiar with the product knowledge & KSP, doing normal Scheme’s knowledge check, capability check. Ensure Sales team’s knowledge check during the NPL’s Cultivation Process: Brain storm Meeting’s or any king of Diwali or Festive Motivational meeting on Quarterly or Annually to encourage VBA’s sales. Preparing Quarterly Booster scheme’s on zone level & plan a dinner for top VBA’s with their Zone ZSM & ZTM Skills: Communication skills, Relationship skills, Presentation Skills & Leadership skills, Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
