Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and introduce them to our range of aromatherapy products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product usage and highlight benefits to influence purchase decisions. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure high satisfaction. Maintain product displays, stock levels, and overall store presentation. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Build repeat business through customer relationship management. Skills & RequirementsDesired Skills & CompetenciesExcellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and persuasion ability, with a customer-first approach. Good influencing and negotiation skills. Self-driven, confident, and proactive personality.
