Key Responsibilities: Perform assigned fabrication, welding, fitting, or rigging activities as per project standards. Follow all safety and quality guidelines at site. Coordinate with supervisors and ensure timely completion of work. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork at all times. Requirements: Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in heavy fabrication / port / industrial projects. Must have experience in rigging, welding (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW), fitting, or gas cutting. Ability to work in 10-12 hour shifts (28-day cycle). Physically fit and ready to join immediately. Benefits: Competitive monthly salary (₹21,000 – ₹59,000).
