Handle walk-in customers, address queries, and manage bookings. Sell company products and services based on customer requirements. Drive upselling and cross-selling of products and value-added services. Perform daily store activities such as telecalling for lead generation, enquiry follow-up, lead closure, and reference generation. Conduct in-store promotions and execute seasonal schemes. Support promotional activities and maintain related data. Manage shipment processes including inspection, booking, AWB generation, cash collection, and backend operations. Resolve customer queries through coordination with CS, OPS, Supervisors, and other teams. Follow up with existing customers for repeat business. Maintain daily reports and assist with overall store operations. Handle shipment packing activities.
