Retail Sales Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic, design-savvy, and customer-focused Sales / Home Consultants to join our Luxury Studio. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about interiors and love creating memorable shopping experiences.

You will be the face of the studio — guiding customers through their purchase journey, offering tailored solutions, and driving high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers at the studio, understanding their lifestyle, space, and furnishing requirements
• Offer personalized product recommendations and interior styling suggestions based on customer preferences
• Confidently present luxury furniture pieces, highlighting materials, finishes, customization options, and design aesthetics
• Maintain proactive follow-ups with potential leads to ensure strong conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal design and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries
• Uphold brand standards by maintaining impeccable studio hygiene, layout, and visual merchandising
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Accurately document customer interactions, preferences, and feedback in CRM tools for future reference and relationship building .
