Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing excellent customer service. Demonstrate and sell jewellery pieces with a focus on upselling and cross-selling. Handle store operations including opening, closing, and daily cleanliness. Maintain accurate inventory records, restock items, and assist in stock audits. Participate in events, exhibitions, and flea markets to promote the brand and boost sales. Support cold calling and digital marketing sales initiatives to attract new customers. Provide personalized styling suggestions based on customer preferences. Ensure the security and safety of jewellery stock and customers within the store. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM with customer interactions. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or lifestyle segment. Prior experience in event-based selling is a plus. Basic computer skills (POS, inventory software, CRM).
