Retail Sales Associate

The role of Contractor Associate (CA) at Masterstrokes involves meeting contractors, profiling them, and identifying a group of contractors who can benefit from training and professional grooming to enhance their recommendability to consumers. As a CA, you are responsible for tracking and promoting increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints. You will act as the primary point of contact for contractor queries, training, site evaluation, on-site technical assistance, and other relevant needs. You will serve as the liaison between the company and customers for site upgradation and evaluation, ensuring that adopted contractors receive site evaluation and on-site assistance. Additionally, you will collaborate with Territory Sales Officers (TSO) and other retail team members as necessary to support the business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Profile, maintain, and update records of all contractors in the assigned territory/unit. - Enroll adopted contractors in the required training programs and assess their on-site proficiency. - Introduce new products to contractors, provide training on product usage, and promote their engagement with Asian Paints. - Monitor that adopted contractors meet mandatory requirements and progress in their tier levels. - Coordinate site evaluation and on-site assistance for the adopted contractors. Requirements: - Prior experience in retail sales is preferred. - Proficiency in English is desirable. - Possession of a bike license is mandatory. - Availability for day shifts is preferred. - The work location will be in person.
