Retail Sales Associate

You are a Retail Associate in the Commercial Vehicle Sales team at our Lucknow Transport road location. Your main responsibility is to assist customers, provide product information, manage the showroom, and support the sales team in meeting targets for trucks, buses, and other commercial vehicles. Your key responsibilities include greeting and assisting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable commercial vehicle solutions, providing detailed product demonstrations, completing sales transactions, maintaining a visually appealing showroom, coordinating with sales and service teams, recording customer inquiries, and staying updated on products and market trends. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in automotive or commercial vehicle sales, strong customer service skills, good organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of commercial vehicle products is an advantage, and possessing a valid driving license is preferred.
