Key Responsibilities : Recruitment and Onboarding : Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles. Familiarity with HR software and systems. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
