Retail Sales Advisor

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive, your role will involve maintaining a high morale in the store, serving customers" needs, and providing a high-quality sales experience. You will be required to learn about the brand and its products to effectively explain their features and benefits to customers. Executing an immaculate sales process from greeting to billing will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining precise inventory levels within the store, ensuring timely replenishments, and displaying inventory within Visual Merchandising standards. Any snags in the store should be reported promptly to the concerned departments and resolved immediately. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain high morale in the store and provide excellent customer service - Learn about the brand and its products to effectively communicate with customers - Execute a seamless sales process from greeting to billing - Ensure precise inventory levels and timely replenishments - Display inventory within Visual Merchandising standards and keep it clean - Report any store snags to concerned departments and ensure immediate resolution - Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of tasks - Meet and exceed store targets set by management - Identify customer needs and provide feedback to the merchandising team - Ensure best-selling products are always in stock and replenished promptly - Build and maintain relationships with new customers - Generate and maintain store reports accurately and on time - Demonstrate high communication and interpersonal skills - Drive revenue by building long-term relationships Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing (or a diploma or HSC) - 3+ years of experience in retail, preferably with a luxury brand - Good communication skills and a pleasant personality (Note: Benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund are provided.
