As a Pet Store Sales Associate, your role involves assisting customers in selecting pets, pet food, and related products. You will be responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets, educating customers on pet care, breeds, feeding, and products. It is important to ensure the proper handling and care of live animals in the store. Additionally, maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of animal enclosures and display areas is crucial. Restocking shelves and ensuring products are well-presented are also part of your responsibilities. Supporting store promotions and seasonal sales campaigns, handling billing, basic customer service, and returns, as well as reporting customer feedback and stock issues to the store manager are integral to your role.
