Retail Sales Advisor

You will play a crucial role as a Sales Advisor at Cult, a part of Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd, India's largest fitness company and wellness platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure a top-notch shopping experience for customers visiting our store. Your leadership skills and passion for retail will be instrumental in creating a welcoming environment and guiding new team members towards success. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store - Understand and assess customer needs effectively - Recommend products that align with customers" requirements - Provide accurate information about product features, offers, and policies - Address customer queries related to specific products and policies - Encourage customers to try products and assist them in making purchase decisions - Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with guidelines - Ensure a pleasant and welcoming retail environment for all customers - Meet sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets consistently - Redirect customer feedback and complaints to the Store Manager - Handle billing, inventory management, and other store transactions efficiently - Mentor and guide new team members in their roles - Maintain organization and cleanliness in the back store area - Uphold safety protocols for colleagues, customers, store assets, and inventory - Attend to any other day-to-day operational requirements Qualifications & Skills: - 0.6 - 3 years of work experience in retail sales, preferably in sportswear, sports, or footwear brands - Profound understanding of the retail sales process and familiarity with retail KPIs - Knowledge of consumer interaction principles and inventory stocking procedures Join us at Cult and be a part of our mission to make fitness easy, fun, and accessible to all, empowering individuals towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions.,
