Titan, a leading retail company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Projects Executive to join our Retail Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail network development and a passion for creating innovative and visually appealing retail spaces. This role will be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement retail network development strategies to support the company's growth objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute retail projects that align with the company's brand and customer experience
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential retail locations and make recommendations for expansion
• Manage the end-to-end process of retail projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management
• Ensure all retail projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Monitor and report on the progress of retail projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail design to continuously improve the company's retail spaces

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail network development or retail design
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Knowledge of retail design principles and trends
• Ability to travel as needed for project site visits and meetings

Additional Parameters:

• Experience in the retail industry, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector
• Knowledge of local market trends and regulations in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
