What makes this role meaty?

• Lead and execute end-to-end projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment
• Plan, schedule, and track project progress using strong program management practices
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, operations, procurement, finance, consultants, and landlords
• Prepare and monitor CAPEX budgets, track costs, and conduct variance analysis
• Conduct site feasibility studies and collaborate with architects/consultants on design development
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance, supervise site progress, and resolve bottlenecks
• Manage procurement processes, long-lead items, contract coordination, invoicing, and contract closure
• Generate MIS dashboards and analytical reports using SQL and Excel for leadership review
• Ensure timely, snag-free project handovers while maintaining documentation and improving processes

We hope that you

• Hold a B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR or PMI certification is a plus!)
• Bring 6–10 years of experience in project management within retail expansion, construction, or fit-out environments
• Have strong program and project management expertise with hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution
• Possess working knowledge of MIS, SQL, and advanced Excel
• Excel in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making
• Are detail-oriented, structured, and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
