Retail Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  store setup and execution

  from site finalization to launch readiness.
• Manage

  project timelines, budgets, and execution plans

  .
• Oversee

  coordination with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams

  .
• Prepare and maintain all

  documentation, approvals, and reports

  related to projects.
• Plan and execute

  retail expansion strategy

  starting with Rajasthan.
• Implement standardized

  processes, layouts, and operational guidelines

  across stores.
• Supervise

  sales readiness, store operations, and execution support

  during openings.
• Ensure adherence to

  brand identity, quality standards, and compliance norms

  .

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  Business Management / Project Management / Architecture / Interior Design

  (preferred).
• 610 years of experience in

  retail projects, store development, or retail expansion

  .
• Proven track record in

  store setup, fit-outs, and retail operations

  .
• Strong

  project management, documentation, and coordination

  skills.
• Experience in

  vendor management, budgeting, and timelines

  .
• Excellent

  leadership, problem-solving, and communication

  skills.
