Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Delhi for a Retail Production Manager. The Retail Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of retail production facilities, ensuring efficient production processes. Duties include managing staff, procuring materials, maintaining quality control, and coordinating with the marketing team to align production with promotional campaigns. The role also involves analyzing production data, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, including overseeing operations and staff
• Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes
• Understanding of quality control standards and health and safety regulations
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret production data and optimize workflows
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and team coordination skills
• Experience in the Alco-Bev or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Production Management, or a related field
