What you get to do

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from sourcing raw materials to ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
• Role involves working with embroidery and tailoring teams to monitoring production schedules, to ensuring quality control.
• Responsible for managing a team of production staff and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Responsible for documenting the work flow.

What you bring

• 2 to 3 years of production experience in a luxury fashion house.
• Experience in textile production and garment manufacturing
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in managing a team
• Knowledge of quality control processes
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Telugu optional.
• Experience in tools like Google sheets.
