Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process of Policy Issuance, Endorsement, Cancellation, Refund and resolve otherservice requests/queries from respective stakeholders.
  • Error free policy issuance for partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to execute the requests inflow.
  • Maintenance of TAT as per agreed SLA of the respective LOB
  • Demonstrate command on working with multiple in-house systems.
  • Constantly updating knowledge with respect to product process industry, and bestpractices
  • Any other ad-hoc requests to be undertaken.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in retail operations or business coordination.
  • Skills in: Workflow management, problem-solving, and process optimization.
  • Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in business, Operations, or arelated field.
  • Bonus Power-Up: Experience in retail process automation or high-volume order management.
