Retail Operation Executive

Role - Retail Operation Executive Location - Vanagaram, Chennai Shifts -  FlexibleSalary -  18 - 25 max Gender - Female Objective: To provide additional support to the Retail Operations team in managing store-level coordination, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining operational efficiency across all store locations. NOTE :Candidates must be willing to travel to different locations for store openings as needed. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Retail Operations team with daily, weekly, and monthly follow-ups with all stores. Support in roster preparation, maintenance, and updates for store teams. Ensure smooth communication between stores and the central operations team. Track and follow up on pending tasks, store requirements, and action points from meetings. Coordinate and assist with store audits, manpower planning, and reporting activities. Support store visits and on-ground follow-ups, as assigned by the management. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to store operations and performance. Requirements & Skills: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Business / Retail Management). 0 - 2 years of experience in retail operations, coordination, or administrative support. Proficiency in multiple languages (especially Hindi, Tamil, and English preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication. Willingness to travel to various store locations as per business needs. Strong follow-up and time management skills.
