The Retail Operations professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end retail operations for modern trade - large-format stores. The role focuses on inventory planning, stock movement, sales analysis, coordination with internal teams and partners, reconciliation, and payment follow-ups to ensure smooth and profitable retail operations. Key Responsibilities Store & Stock Operations Handle operations for assigned modern trade – large format stores. Manage complete stock lifecycle including allocation, dispatch, and tracking. Ensure timely stock replenishment based on store-wise sales performance. Maintain and regularly update store-wise display capacity. Sales & Inventory Analysis Analyse sales performance at store level to optimize stock allocation. Prepare growth and de-growth reports for each store and account. Support business decisions through accurate data analysis and reporting. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with BDOs (Business Development Officers) to ensure correct stock availability and replenishment. Liaise with warehouse and accounts teams for stock movement, adjustments, and documentation. Follow up with retail buyers for timely payments. Documentation & Records Management Update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries accurately and on time. Track QDN (Quantity Debit Note) and maintain proper records. Track RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and ensure documentation is complete. Follow up on RTV and QDN entries with warehouse and accounts teams. Reconciliation & Compliance Conduct quarterly stock reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. Manage payment reconciliation and ensure account accuracy. Calculate and validate incentive payouts as per agreed schemes.
