As a Retail Merchandiser for a Female Ethnic Wear Brand, your role involves planning, developing, and executing merchandising strategies specifically for women's ethnic wear. You will be responsible for coordinating with design, production, and sales teams to ensure product availability. Analyzing sales trends, customer preferences, and market insights will be crucial in optimizing assortments. Your duties will also include ensuring timely stock replenishment across stores and channels, working closely with vendors and suppliers for sourcing & pricing, and maintaining strong product knowledge. Additionally, you will support store teams with visual/merchandising guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and execute merchandising strategies for women's ethnic wear. - Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure product availability. - Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market insights to optimize assortments. - Ensure timely stock replenishment across stores and channels. - Work closely with vendors and suppliers for sourcing & pricing. - Maintain strong product knowledge and support store teams with visual/merchandising guidelines.
