Role Description

full-time, on-site Retail Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are properly displayed and available on the sales floor
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock as needed
• Set up and manage promotional and seasonal displays
• Monitor product performance and analyze sales trends
• Collaborate with store and sales staff to achieve targets
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in retail and/or sales preferred
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior retail merchandising experience is a plus
• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
