Position: Tech & Digital Operations Lead Brand: Grahmoy (Domestic Home Furnishing Brand) Location: Panipat Experience: 1–4 years (or raw talent with solid skills and hunger to grow) Who We’re Looking For: • A tech-savvy hustler with solid knowledge of website development (Shopify, WordPress, or custom) • Someone who understands the full game of online business, from backend to customer experience • Confident with tools like Google Analytics, Meta, SEO, email platforms, etc. • Hungry to learn, lead, and take charge of a small team under them • Most importantly, someone with an entrepreneurial mindset — eager to create, solve, and scale What You’ll Do: • Own the digital and tech operations of Grahmoy • Lead website development, updates, and technical strategy • Drive performance and support online sales and marketing teams • Be the go-to person for anything digital and tech as we scale This isn’t your average 9–6 job.
