Retail Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser at BIBA Fashion Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Design and Planning teams to finalize the range plan each season, developing product line sheets with detailed costing, pricing, and delivery timelines, and ensuring timely sample development, approvals, and bulk production coordination. You will also analyze sales, stock, and performance reports to identify trends and opportunities, manage allocation, replenishment, and product availability across channels, and monitor the product lifecycle to ensure optimum inventory turns and minimal mark-downs. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and production units to ensure timely dispatches and support category reviews and business meetings with data-backed insights. Your role will involve ensuring smooth coordination between Design, Production, and Retail functions. Qualification & Experience: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, or Business Management. - 3-8 years of relevant experience in merchandising (preferably in fashion/apparel retail). - Experience in managing seasonal ranges, production follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
