Retailer Marketing Manager


Role – Summary

1. Marketing Plan Development

• Works with internal teams and NSC to create a Marketing Plan.

• Aligns national and local marketing priorities using GRMS.

• Sets clear performance targets and gets plan approval.


2. Campaign Delivery

• Uses GRMS tools to build and execute marketing materials.

• Plans local campaigns using targeting and segmentation.

• Ensures all marketing follows Brand and CI guidelines.

• Coordinates with NSC and leads internal marketing meetings.


3. Reporting & Performance

• Tracks campaign effectiveness against KPIs.

• Provides accurate reports via GRMS.

• Manages timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


4. Customer Engagement

• Builds relationships with customers during visits/events.

• Ensures quick and accurate responses to customer requests.

• Updates the CRM with useful customer info.


5. Teamwork & Brand Representation

• Delivers Brand Customer First Principles.

• Acts as a brand ambassador.

• Works with NSC teams to share feedback and improve processes.
