Retail Marketing Manager

As the Retailer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for various key functions outlined below: Marketing Plan Development: You will collaborate with internal teams and the National Sales Company (NSC) to develop a comprehensive Marketing Plan. This involves aligning national and local marketing priorities using the Global Retail Marketing System (GRMS), setting clear performance targets, and obtaining plan approval. Campaign Delivery: Using GRMS tools, you will create and implement marketing materials. Additionally, you will strategize local campaigns through effective targeting and segmentation techniques while ensuring all marketing initiatives adhere to Brand and Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines. Your role will also involve coordinating with the NSC and leading internal marketing meetings. Reporting & Performance: Monitoring campaign effectiveness against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to provide accurate reports through GRMS, manage timelines, budgets, and uphold quality standards. Customer Engagement: Building and nurturing relationships with customers during visits and events will be essential. You will be required to ensure prompt and precise responses to customer inquiries and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with valuable customer information. Teamwork & Brand Representation: Embodying the Brand Customer First Principles, you will act as a brand ambassador. Collaboration with NSC teams to exchange feedback and enhance operational processes will also be part of your role.
