Job Description

Service To Sales:

Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Handle customer queries, transactions, and KYC documentation efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth.
Core Sales:
Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as CASA, Loans, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Digital Banking.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business and revenue targets.
Support the branch team in achieving sales, service, and operational excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or any relevant field).
Experience:
1-7 years depending on role:

2 years: Personal Banker, Sales Officer
3years+portfolio management mandatory for Personal Banker Classic
35 years: Relationship Manager, Preffered Relationship Manager

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales and relationship building.
Basic knowledge of banking products, MS Office, and compliance processes.
Ability to meet deadlines, work in teams, and handle pressure professionally.
Local language proficiency will be an added advantage.
