As a Retail Architect at our experiential design agency, your role involves designing and developing creative spaces for clients. You will collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to translate visions into well-designed and functional retail spaces that meet specific needs. Your responsibilities include: - Working collaboratively to develop concepts and design strategies - Creating 2D and 3D conceptual designs, floor plans, and technical drawings using software like AutoCAD - Developing construction drawings and specifications adhering to industry standards and building codes - Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for timely and within-budget completion - Participating in site visits and construction meetings for project progress and quality control - Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices - Conducting research to support design decisions Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail design architecture with focus on concept development - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively and independently - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects - Portfolio showcasing previous retail design projects and concept development If you hold a B.Arch degree, have experience in retail architecture, and are passionate about design, we invite you to apply for this full-time Concept Architect position.
