**Role Description**

The Resume Writing Service Consultant partners with job seekers to craft high-impact, ATS-friendly resumes and career profiles. The role requires strong consulting skills, an understanding of evolving job market trends, and the ability to translate professional experiences into compelling personal brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand career goals, experience, and target roles
• Develop and redesign ATS-optimized resumes tailored to industry and role requirements
• Create customized cover letters and professional summaries
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles for visibility, keywords, and recruiter searchability
• Research job market trends, role-specific keywords, and skill requirements
• Provide structured feedback and career-readiness guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent quality and client experience
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client engagements

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong written communication and storytelling skills
• Solid understanding of ATS systems and resume best practices
• Familiarity with hiring trends across industries and functions
• Ability to consult, probe, and guide clients effectively
• Attention to detail and high quality standards
• Experience in HR, Recruitment, Career Coaching, or Professional Writing preferred
