Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resume Writer located in India. As a Resume Writer, your responsibilities will include creating high-quality, tailored resumes, optimizing content for specific roles, and collaborating with candidates to effectively highlight their skills and achievements. You will also research job markets, analyze job descriptions, and provide career advice to help candidates showcase their qualifications to potential employers. Regular communication with clients and meticulous attention to detail will be core aspects of your role.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading to create compelling and error-free resumes
  • Experience with content strategy and organizational structuring for professional documents
  • Strong research skills to gather insights about industries and job roles
  • Understanding of career planning, recruitment processes, and hiring trends
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients
  • Proficiency in using document creation tools like Microsoft Word or Google Docs
  • Previous experience in career consulting, professional writing, or recruitment is desirable
  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
  • Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
