Job Description

  • MANAGE daily shift operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Lead, guide, and manage a team members and kitchen staff on daily basis.
  • Handle shift scheduling, team deployment, and manage staff attendance.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to food safety, equipment usages, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Oversee customer service experience – manage walk-in customers, handle escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform inventory checks, raise stock orders, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers as an when requires.
  • Monitor cash handling, billing processes, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain reports related to sales, wastage, and customer feedback logs.
  • Ensure the outlet is ready for any audits like fire safety, or brand internal audits.
  • Motivate and train the team for productivity and service excellence.
  • Handle new staff onboarding and basic on-floor training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,776.93 - ₹23,000.00 per month
