Job Description

MANAGE daily shift operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, guide, and manage a team members and kitchen staff on daily basis.
Handle shift scheduling, team deployment, and manage staff attendance.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to food safety, equipment usages, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Oversee customer service experience – manage walk-in customers, handle escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform inventory checks, raise stock orders, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers as an when requires.
Monitor cash handling, billing processes, and ensure accurate reporting.
Maintain reports related to sales, wastage, and customer feedback logs.
Ensure the outlet is ready for any audits like fire safety, or brand internal audits.
Motivate and train the team for productivity and service excellence.
Handle new staff onboarding and basic on-floor training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,776.93 - ₹23,000.00 per month
