Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent service standards. The ideal candidate will manage staff, coordinate front-of-house activities, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Manage and guide service staff, including duty rosters and shift allocations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service are maintained
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
• Monitor inventory, place requisitions, and control wastage
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Train new staff and conduct regular performance monitoring
• Prepare daily reports on sales, staff attendance, and operations

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and service etiquette
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
