A Restaurant Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Oversee front and back-of-house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew, and bussing staff. Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly. Food Quality and Safety : Maintain high-quality food standards, ensure compliance with health code and sanitation requirements, and oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and identify ways to reduce waste and improve profits. Financial Management: Manage cash flow, settle outstanding bills, and develop strategies to improve customer service and increase profitability.
