Legal Advisor

Advise on legal aspects of real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and contract negotiations. Draft, review, and ensure compliance of property-related agreements, leases, and other legal documents. Conduct due diligence on properties to identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.transactions. Stay updated on real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, agents, and clients to facilitate smooth Attend closings and oversee the legal aspects of title transfers. Handle disputes, zoning issues, and coordinate with regulatory authorities when needed. • Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant with local/state regulations. Active license to practice law in [State/Country]. Strong understanding of real estate, revenue department procedures, contracts (Work Orders, Purchase Orders), business transactions, and license renewals. Proficient in legal research tools and general computer applications. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters concurrently. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and client-focused. Retired professionals are encouraged to apply.
