Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as Operation Head in F&B/Restaurant operations

About the Role:
Shovona Hospitality and Restaurants LLP is seeking a seasoned Operation Head to oversee the overall operations of all its restaurant outlets in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the food & beverage industry, and a proven track record in managing multiple restaurant operations efficiently. This role is senior to all Restaurant Outlet Managers and is crucial in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth across all restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise Outlet Managers and operational staff to achieve high service standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices across all restaurants.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Plan and execute staff training programs to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve operational issues, guest complaints, or emergencies promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, F&B, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze operational reports, KPIs, and financial statements to recommend improvements.
  • Drive growth initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement strategies across outlets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operation Head or in a senior operational role in the F&B/hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage standards, and hospitality management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Bengali is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Hands-on, energetic, and highly organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
