Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, culinary skills, and food safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Implement and maintain Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and payment handling.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and conflict resolution strategies.
• Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop menu items that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation techniques, and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Experience in managing kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
