Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our restaurant operations. You will deliver a high-quality dining experience and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, optimize profits, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
• Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase revenue.
• Maintain all records, including sales, staff performance, and daily reports.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop menus and specials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and MS Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
