The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of quality and service, cleanliness, managing & motivating staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for hiring, training, and managing employees to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction & Customer Service skills Experience in Hiring & managing staff Strong Communication skills Knowledge of Food & Beverage management Excellent leadership & organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry 7+ yrs Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management.
