• Consistently maintain high professionalism and service.

• Order taking.

• Serving the guest with all best abilities and skills and providing them with the best

experience ever.

• Maintaining good guest relationships.

• Billing and Cash handling.

• Responsible for supervision and training the team members at the restaurant.

• New outlet opening trainings

• New menu trainings to the team members.

• Maintain weekly, monthly inventories.

• Menu planning.

• Briefing the crew members.

• Motivating team members to up sell the products.

• Operations management.

• Banquet operations and outdoor catering.

• Control on food cost and beverages.

• Handle stores and marketing.

• To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve complaints / issues quickly to

maintain high quality customer service.

• Handling customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or

seeking solutions as quickly as possible.

• Maintenance of the outlets and multiple sub-outlets.
