Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team for excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage sales, cost control, and inventory.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work weekends and shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
