Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for operations and customer service excellence? Ghate Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team and elevate our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery
* Act as the key person for restaurant supervision and customer satisfaction
* Drive revenue through strategic planning and execution
* Handle banquet operations and event coordination
* Lead, train, and motivate the service and kitchen teams
* Manage P&L statements, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Monitor food costing, inventory, and wastage control
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and compliance
Candidate Profile:
* 10–16 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations and service
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of costing, budgeting, and P&L analysis
* Experience in banquet/event management is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
