Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, manage staff performance, and maintain operational excellence in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of restaurant finances and budgeting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
