Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage all aspects of daily operations including staff supervision, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Plan and manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to avoid shortages.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure coordination and service quality.
• Track sales, manage budgets, and optimize cost control.
• Assist in marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or standalone restaurant.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
