Job Summary:The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and achieving financial targets. The RM will act as the face of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH. Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff. Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control. Drive sales, manage budgets, and control costs (food, labor, overheads). Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and statutory regulations. Plan and execute promotional activities and events to increase sales. Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth functioning. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
