Restaurant Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Must have knowledge about usage of Food Delivery Applications for the restaurant.

2. Supervise the functions of the department employees, facilities, operations and cost on a daily basis.

3. Customer satisfaction and feedback.

4. Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene of the entire area under his purview.

5. Ensure optimum performance in specific jobs assigned in the above areas

6. Complying with laid down systems and procedure.

7. Responsible to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of operations

8. Responsible to ensure smooth shift closure and handover.

9. To motivate the staff and ensure that they are working together as a team.

10. Quality levels of product and service.

11. Should have knowledge about cloud kitchen.

12. Ensure the upkeep & readiness of the store

13. Managing the entire P&L of the business unit and drive sales & profitability.

14. Execute company's processes and SOP's to ensure superior customer experience and operational standards.

15. Hire, Train and develop the team and prepare them for the next level.

16. Grow the business through local marketing initiatives.

17. Resolve customer issues on top most priority.

18. Manage Unit inventory, assets and reduce wastage's as per company's guidelines.

19.Comply with kitchen hygiene and food safety standards as per standard guidelines.

20. Enhance customer satisfaction levels.

21. Spontaneously address customers concerns

22. Maintain food cost within budget.

23. Minimize wastage.

24. High level of food safety & hygiene all across the store at all times.

25. Maintain discipline among the team.

26. Ensure implementation of all corporate guidelines issued from time to time.

27. Any other activity as assigned from time to time.
