Restaurant Manager

Our luxury resort in Wayanad, Kerala is looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and ensure world-class service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B service team.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service excellence.
• Manage reservations, table allocations, and guest preferences.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to deliver a premium dining experience.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Restaurant Management.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of F&B trends and international service standards.
