The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, with a preference for Hindi-speaking professionals. Requirements: ● Hotel Management qualification (preferred). ● Proficiency in Hindi is highly desirable. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ● Strong leadership and motivational abilities. ● Awareness of business operations and cost control for optimal performance. ● Problem-solving and decision-making skills. ● Flexibility and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
