Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition:Develop hiring plans, advertise open positions, screen and interview candidates, and prepare employment contracts.
  • Onboarding and Training:Plan and conduct onboarding sessions, develop training programs to enhance employee performance, and manage professional development.
  • Payroll & Benefits:Oversee payroll, administer compensation and benefit plans, and maintain accurate employment and payment records.
  • Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management:Monitor staff attendance and performance, conduct evaluations, and recommend actions for improvement or disciplinary measures.
  • Compliance & Policy:Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies, and update HR procedures as needed.
  • Strategy & Reporting:Work with management to align HR initiatives with business goals, manage HR metrics, and report on key performance indicators.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
