Job Description

Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Restaurant Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, overseeing staff, ensuring quality customer service, managing inventory, and optimizing operational efficiency.

The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations and legal requirements, and handling customer complaints.

Preferred candidate profile

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced and high-volume environment is preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent organizational time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred
